Want to get a better sleep starting tonight?


The 3/2/1 rule is a simple yet effective guideline to help you improve your sleep quality.

Start by avoiding food 3 hours before bed to give your body time to digest and settle.


Next, stop drinking anything 2 hours before bedtime to reduce the chances of waking up in the middle of the night for bathroom trips.


Finally, turn off all screens 1 hour before bed to help your mind unwind and reduce exposure to blue light, which can interfere with your sleep cycle.
